Every week G4S Compliance & Investigations (G4S) provides comprehensive training to claims departments, investigation departments, human resources and corporate relations personnel to help them identify risk and prevent potential fraud.  

Recently we provided a training session to an audience of life insurers on surveillance techniques. This session involved an overview on how G4S surveillance investigators use their skills to gain footage of the investigation’s subject.  

As a result, this audience was able to provide better instructions to G4S as their education gave them a better understanding of what information an investigator needs to identify a Claimant.
