- MJM Investigations changes its name to G4S Compliance & Investigations Pty Limited, reorganised its services into four core solution groups and launched a new brand identity. The goal of the name change is to better reflect the company’s market share, its products and service offerings. - G4S Compliance & Investigations launches four compelling business models: Insurance Investigation Solutions, Human Resource & Employment Solutions, Corporate & Government Risk Solutions, and Training & Compliance Solutions.

- Launched partnership and technology licensing agreement with Scope Investigations, New Zealand.

- MJM acquired Melbourne-based investigations firm, G & V Investigations. - First International (Australian) Advisor appointed to MJM – Raymond Jones. - ANZIIF Industry Awards Finalist for “Service Provider to the Insurance Industry”

- Merger with MJM, launched the re-brand of Milne & Associates to MJM. In this same year, MJM also acquired and integrated Canadian market leader, Northwood and Associates. - MJM Inc., also acquired Crawford Investigation Services and partners with Crawford & Company to offer the industry a world class fraud mitigation program.
