Kieran joined G4S Compliance & Investigations (formerly MJM) in 1996 and has been the Managing Director of the firm since 2002. A recognised leader in the Australian investigation industry, Kieran is dedicated to the long term future of its operations both here and abroad.

Kieran holds an Associate Diploma in Policing & Graduate Diploma in Fraud Investigation (CharlesSturt University), Certificate III in Investigative Services, Certificate IV Government Fraud Control, Certificate IV in Security & Risk Management and various business management qualifications from the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).  

He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, the Risk Management Institute of Australasia, and the Australian Life & Underwriting Association.  

In his personal life Kieran is a current committee member and active long serving member of the Bondi Surf Bathers Life Saving Club.

Dan joined G4S Compliance & Investigations (G4S) in 1998 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer - responsible for all internal operations, client service and SLA compliance.  

Prior to joining G4S, Dan had 14 years experience in Criminal Investigation in the NSW Police, and taught various subjects in a number of metropolitan High Schools.Dan’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, Diploma in Education, Graduate Certificate in Personnel Management, Cert III in Investigative Services and Cert IV in Government Fraud Control.

Since 1999, John has been involved with establishing G4S Compliance & Investigations as the leading investigation company in Australia. He currently holds the position of National Field Manager, responsible for investigator management and accountability and to ensure quality field service and coverage.  

Prior to joining G4S, John was employed with the NSW Police Service for 13 years, attaining the designation of Detective in 1990. His tenure with the NSW Police saw him involved in the investigation of a wide range of matters, including detailed fraud investigations. He also holds a Cert III in Investigative Services and Cert IV in Government Fraud Control.

Michael is our Surveillance Manager for Special Investigations. Since 2000, Michael has had direct oversight over all special surveillance operations for G4S Compliance & Investigations and is responsible for operational and performance management and training associated with G4S’ key corporate, state and federal government clients.  

Michael has served with the Australian Defence Force and has over 16 years of surveillance experience at government and corporate levels both within Australia and abroad. During his government service, Michael participated in surveillance operations relating to serious crime and security issues for which he has received two letters of commendation.  

Michael holds formal government qualifications in various forms of surveillance at an advanced level and has had extensive training in Physical, Counter and Anti-Surveillance techniques. In addition to his government qualifications, Michael holds Certificate III in Investigative Services and Certificate IV in Government Fraud Control.

Elizabeth graduated from CharlesSturt University, achieving a double major: Bachelor of Business - Accounting/Business Management. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.  

In 2006 Elizabeth joined G4S Compliance & Investigations as Financial Controller, managing the finance and accounting functions with specific emphasis on evaluating and minimising risk exposure, detailed financial analysis and internal controls/process improvements.  

Previously Elizabeth worked within Chartered Accounting Firms, the Airline sector, IT, Transport and Logistics, Engineering and Media companies, and has held leadership roles interacting with various Boards of Directors.
